A lifelong intrigue with makeup artistry and hair design that began backstage in the theatre continues today in her salon. Versatile and innovative, she loves every aspect of the beauty industry, whether it is working on film sets or thriving in the fast pace behind the scenes with runway models.

Sonya’s creative artistry combined with her education at Joe Blasco Makeup Center in Hollywood, California and Paul Mitchell The School creates an ability to transform her guests into the perfect look and her Future Professionals into multi talented artists.
Sonya Alexis is Artistic Director and owner of Revival Hair Lounge, a Paul Mitchell focus salon in Ballantyne, along with her husband, Jeremy Deen. Sonya is a makeup artist and color specialist, with an emphasis in event styling. Her project background includes major motion film, television series, commercials, and professional photoshoots. A former Learning Leader at Paul Mitchell The School Charlotte, Sonya continues to share her passion with fellow artists as Hair Director for North Carolina Fashion Association.

Erica is this year's Creative Director for Hairstyling & Makeup at North Carolina's largest fashion show. With almost 7 years in the business and almost a decade following family in the beauty industry, Erica has trained all throughout North America under celebrity stylists and top educators, receiving several certifications. Erica is also owner and master stylist of Salon E Arcilesi.
Her client's include HBO (for the TV Show Banshee), Kraft Foods, Fatal Attraction, TLC's Say Yes To The Dress, Fab'rik, Elevate Magazine, Continental Tire FIFA Cup, Society Magazine, ABC's Celebrity Wife Swap and Fox News Rising. She recently won 'Charlotte's Best Awards' for 'Best Female Makeup Artist'. Erica is known for ger creative concepts and strives to revolutionize the beauty industry by bringing a cutting-edge approach to everything she does. Sissy M. Duncan has worked as a professional hair and make-up artist since 2002.
Her work includes Fashion Shows, Brides, Film, Television, Magazines, photo shoots for celebrities and editorial work, NASCAR, and Politicians. Her work has been published in magazines and ad campaigns.
Sissy has a wonderful personality and is extremely talented and self-taught; she contributes her artistic skills to her mother who always encouraged her to do what she loves at a very young age.
Sissy started her career working with top on location hair and make-up professionals and salons before branching on her own to do her own hair and make-up in the industry, since 2004.

She is also involved with video production companies on the east and west coast as well as theatrical productions.
